Automatic Upgrade to FedEx.
FedEx is now the primary (and
default) option for pickup of your Technotrash Can.
We have found FedEx to be:
-
a more energy efficient option because it takes more direct routes
to GreenDisk processing facilities
-
very convenient for most clients, and
-
the only pragmatic option where there are USPS walking routes
And there are no additional fees.
Simply follow the steps below to
generate your FedEx label.
If FedEx is not a viable option for you, you can continue to return Technotrash Cans via the U.S. Postal Service
and your regular route carrier; no actual pickup is scheduled.
To do so, click the box below and follow the same steps as
defined for FedEx:
Please take the following Steps for pickup of your
Technotrash Can:
Step 1: Enter your shipping token number.
This number is found on the back of your Technotrash Can and on the email receipt you received when
you placed your order. For Cans ordered prior to February 2006, refer
only to your email receipt or contact GreenDisk for your token number.
Step 2: Enter your email address.
Upon submitting this form, you will receive an email to this email
address with your shipping label and further return instructions.
Step 3: Enter your pickup address.
Your pickup address should be the location of your box. Please
bring your Technotrash Can to the area where you receive or deliver
mail.
Step 4: Order a replacement TTC. You can
order a new Technotrash Can while ordering a pickup of your current one. It is
easier to do this before finalizing your pickup.
Step 5: Schedule Pickup. Click the
Schedule Pickup button once your information is complete. Then follow the
instructions on the next screen.
