GreenDisk Full-Service Pickup Information Page

GreenDisk uses FedEx for pickup of your Full-Service Box.  We have found FedEx to be:

• extremely reliable in effectively delivering all packages being sent to GreenDisk,
• an energy efficient option because FedEx takes direct routes to GreenDisk processing facilities, and
• highly convenient for the majority of GreenDisk clients.

We have changed from FedEx Express to FedEx Ground.  FedEx uses different trucks for these two services. When scheduling your pickup, be sure to specify that you are using FedEx Ground Return Manager. 

If you have a Technotrash Can, 
click here and fill out the online form to receive your FedEx Label.

If you have an eMedia Recycler,
click here and fill out the online form to receive your FedEx Label. If your weight is over 70 lbs., please enter 70 in the form for your weight.  FedEx personnel will adjust the weight after they pick up your box.

The label will automatically be generated and sent to you as a pdf attachment through email.
